It’s the best time of year if you are a college basketball fan. With last year’s champion not even being in the tournament, a new college team will be crowned the kings of the court. Will there be a Cinderella team to win the tournament like Siena or Baylor, or will a number one seed be the new champions like Duke or Kentucky.
